Most teams hesitate to outsource for one reason: they can't see how it will work until it is too late to back out. The two-week pilot fixes that. You see the team inside your tools, on your real work, before you commit to anything.
Days 1–2: intake, access and a quick audit
We start with a short intake call to learn how your business runs today. Then we set up access to your helpdesk, store, EMR or CRM with role-based permissions and logging. While access is being granted, we run a quick audit and write down the first problems worth fixing.
Days 3–5: first workflows go live
Support and order handling usually go first because they give the fastest relief. We run daily check-ins with your point of contact, follow your policies, and hand back anything that needs your decision with the facts and a suggestion attached.
Week 2: catalog passes and first fixes ship
Once the daily queue is stable, we add the deeper work: catalog clean-up, documentation passes, scheduling fixes or whatever the audit flagged. Every process gets a checklist and every exception gets tracked.
By the end of week two you are not guessing. You have a report, a team that knows your business and a clear list of what comes next.

We sit down with you and walk through the numbers. First reply times, backlog size, accuracy and anything we shipped. Then you decide to keep going or stop. No pressure either way.
