Close the Gap Between Open Roles and Qualified Nurses.
Direct-hire placements for registered nurses, nurse aides and PCTs, medical lab technologists and more. From a few nurses for long-term care to large needs across multi-hospital networks.
- High turnover and long-running vacancies
- Rising costs from contingent staff
- Too few qualified professionals for open roles
Three Ways to Hire.
We Support All of Them.
Direct Hire
Professionals join as permanent employees with the same pay and benefits as your existing staff.
Contract Hire
The agency employs the nurse and places them with you. Simple to start, usually with added fees.
Temp-to-Hire
Start with a trial period, evaluate fit, then decide to make the role permanent.
We Handle
Every Step.
Grow your permanent nursing workforce, bring in experienced staff in volume for expansions and build a qualified pool across specialties.
